This is extremely simple and tasty recipe. In fact my husband likes it better than any other pancake recipe. I make it up dry adding dried milk ahead of time then add water and egg when we are camping for pancakes. Even the grands are impressed.
Equal parts:
Almond flour
Arrorroot
Liquid
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon if you are going with 1/2 cup measurements. More as needed.
And liquid of your choice. I have done milk, almond milk, and water with powdered milk
1/2 cup Almond flour
1/2 cup Arrorroot
1/2 cup Liquid almond milk or milk
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
To make them pancakes add 2 eggs for every 1/2 cup of the equal parts
Grease a skillet or grill well and get it HOT ladle small ladles into the hot pan roll around to make it thin cook until bubbly turning when the edges start to brown for tortillas. Or just ladle and let rise for pancakes. Make sure the pancakes are cooked well they rise well leaving them raw in the middle.
